We aim to process, package, and dispatch your order within 3 working days (excluding bank holidays). However, during busy periods, this may take up to 5 working days. You will be notified should there be any additional delays to your order.

Orders are dispatched and collected by Royal Mail from Monday to Friday.

Once your order has been marked as complete, delivery tracking information will be added to your sales record and emailed to you. 

RETURNS

You have 30 days, from the date of order, to return your order to us for a refund.

Items must be returned in original packaging, new/unused condition, with any tags attached. Please package your return securely, include a copy of your order number, and post it back to us at:

Misleading description, poor customer service

I placed an order for a personalised glitter stocking bag as shown on website. Description did not state images are digitally printed until I emailed my disappointment. Upon receiving my email, company very quickly updated description then emailed me back informing me that I had misread the description even though I double checked before emailing them. They failed to also update image of the bag on the website. I’ve attached the website image, along with what they sent me and what they should have sent matching the original description, before they made their edits. DO NOT ORDER.

Thank you for shopping with us and thank you for your messages.

These items have been updated since your last purchase in 2024 where a glitter vinyl was used. As part of our product review we have removed the glitter from this product due to the potential safety risks of loose glitter (and annoyance of finding it everywhere in the house) so the product was relisted as a digitally printed product. The listing photo was updated to show how this would arrive to our customers.

Thank you for sending photos of the product you have received to show this matches the product listing image :) - please note, the 3rd image you uploaded was the previous style product which we no longer offer.
