2. Application of Terms

By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Please read them carefully before placing your order. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase goods from this site.

3. Products

All products are described on our website as accurately as possible.
Please note that:

Colours, materials and print placements may vary slightly depending on monitor settings and production methods.
Personalisation details (e.g., names or dates) will appear exactly as entered. Please check all details carefully before checkout.
Size charts are provided to help you choose the right fit & size.

We reserve the right to make minor changes to products to comply with legal or manufacturing requirements.

4. Personalised, Made-to-Order and Bespoke Products

Most of our products are made-to-order and personalised.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised or custom-made items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund if you change your mind, enter incorrect personalisation details, or no longer want the item.

This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty or damaged.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be made at the time of ordering through our secure online checkout.

We reserve the right to amend prices at any time; however, once an order is confirmed, the price you paid will remain fixed.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the estimated times stated on our website or product listings. These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available. Please ensure delivery addresses are entered accurately; we cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If tracking confirms an item has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us. In such cases, please allow up to 30 days for a carrier claim and investigation before a replacement or refund can be issued.

7. Cancellations

We are unable to accept cancellations or order changes to made-to-order, personalised or custom orders, this also includes baby hamper gift sets.

If you wish to cancel a non-personalised item, please contact us immediately via email.

8. Returns and Refunds

You have 30 days, from the date of order, to return your order to us for a refund.

Items must be returned in original packaging, new/unused condition, with any tags attached. Please package your return securely, include a copy of your order number, and post it back to us at:

The following items are excluded from our returns policy:

Made-to-order products
Personalised products
Baby Gift Hampers/ Sets
Teethers/Hygiene-related items
Product bundles which include any of the above

Please note, as a small business we are unable to offer free returns. These are payable by the customer at point of return.

Refunds

These will be processed within 14 days of your item being returned to us. We will refund the least expensive delivery option available at the time of placing your order

9. Risk and Title

Ownership of the goods transfers to you once full payment has been received.
Risk passes to you upon delivery.

10. Limitation of Liability

Allaboutthebump Ltd is not liable for:

Delays caused by postal services or couriers
Customer input errors (e.g. incorrect personalisation details or delivery address)
Minor variations in design or colour

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under UK law.

11. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, images, and written content on our website are the property of Allaboutthebump Ltd and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our prior written consent.
