Refunds & Returns

Unless there is an issue with your order, we do not offer any refunds or returns on personalised products. These are made-to-order and cannot be restocked.

For non-personalised items, and costs for the return are to be covered by the customer. To arrange a return, please contact us at info@allaboutthebump.co.uk with your order number and inform us of the reason for your return.

Please note that any returns for non-faulty made-to-order items will not be accepted and will either be reshipped at the customer’s expense or destroyed.

Faulty/Incorrect Item

If anything in your order arrives with an error or is faulty/damaged, please contact us immediately at info@allaboutthebump.co.uk so that we can rectify any issues as soon as possible.

In your email please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Any photographic evidence to showcase the issue

Please allow up to 48 hours for a response, however our team will endeavour to reply as soon as possible.
