We aim to process, package, and dispatch your order within 3 working days (excluding bank holidays). However, during busy periods, this may take up to 5 working days. You will be notified should there be any additional delays to your order.

Orders are dispatched and collected by Royal Mail from Monday to Friday.

NEED IT SOONER? Select the “Rush My Order” delivery upgrade at checkout. Your order will be made & dispatched the following working day.

  Collections can be arranged by appointment. Our collection days & times are: Monday to Friday between 9:30 am and 4:30 pm

Once your order has been marked as complete, delivery tracking information will be added to your sales record and emailed to you. 

RETURNS

You have 30 days, from the date of order, to return your order to us for a refund.

Items must be returned in original packaging, new/unused condition, with any tags attached. Please package your return securely, include a copy of your order number, and post it back to us at:

• Made-to-order products
• Personalised products
• Baby Gift Hampers/ Sets
• Teethers/Hygiene-related items
• Product bundles which include any of the above

A return label fee of £3.99 will be deducted from any refund amount when using our returns portal service at royalmail.com

*Royal Mail aims to deliver your item within the timeframes shown; however, this service does not offer a delivery date guarantee, and on rare occasions deliveries may take a little longer. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery with these Royal Mail delivery services.
