Order Dispatch Time
Orders are processed, packaged, and dispatched within 3 to 5 working days (excluding bank holidays). However, during busy periods, dispatch times may take a little longer. You will be notified of any additional delays to your order and back-order items, stated within the listing description, are usually dispatched within 5-7 working days.
Orders are dispatched and collected by Royal Mail from Monday to Friday.

Collections can be arranged by appointment. Our collection days & times are: Monday to Friday between 9:30 am and 4:30 pm
Once your order has been marked as complete, delivery tracking information will be added to your sales record and emailed to you.
If your order contains a back-order item, such as a colour sweatshirt, and you choose our Rush My Order delivery option, then we'll do our best to ensure this order is dispatched sooner. However, we cannot offer next working day dispatch on these items.
RETURNS
You have 30 days, from the date of order, to return your order to us for a refund.
Items must be returned in original packaging, new/unused condition, with any tags attached. As a small business, we are unable to offer a free returns service and would recommend that any items returned be sent by a tracked delivery option. Please package your return securely, include a copy of your order number, and post it back to us at:

- Personalised products
- Baby Gift Hampers/ Sets
- Teethers/Hygiene-related items
- Product bundles which include any of the above
A return label fee of £3.99 will be deducted from any refund amount when using our returns portal service at royalmail.com
