We aim to process, package and dispatch your order within 3 working days (Monday to Friday excl bank holidays), however during busy periods this may take up to 5 working days. You will be notified should there be any additional delays to your order.

Your order is made, packaged and dispatched the next working day. This services offers a next day delivery aim* from the date your order was dispatched.
- Collect from Allaboutthebump
Collections can be arranged by appointment. Our collection days & times are: Monday to Friday between 9:30am and 4:30pm
Once your order has been marked as complete then delivery tracking information will be added to your sales record and emailed to you upon dispatch.
RETURNS
You have 30 days, from date of order, to return your order for us for a refund.

- Baby Gift Hampers/ Sets
- Teethers/ Hygiene related items
- Product bundles which include any of the above
A returns charge of £3.99 will be deducted from any refund amount when using the our returns portal service.
